Please sign the customs form and return to Jo prior to departing for your trip. You will need one tag for each skin, skull and horns. The tags will have your name, the broker of your choice and B&B Taxidermy's information to accelerate the arrival of your trophies to us.
The following recommended brokers will receive your trophies from the country of origin and clear them through customs and with the US Fish and Wildlife Service. If you are in need of a CITIES permit, they will be glad to assist you with that or any questions you may have. Once cleared, they will be trucked to our facility and you will be contacted.

You will be contacted by our staff and we will inventory your trophies and discuss poses. You can browse our website for mounting ideas. We will then finalize your work order.
An invoice, with mounting instructions and poses, will be emailed or mailed to you for your final approval and at that time, a 50% deposit is required prior to any work beginning or skins sent to the tannery.
You will be notified when your trophies are complete. At that time, the balance is due and then shipping can be arranged or pick up is available. We have a long, trusted affiliation with Estes Express Lines, for larger orders, that can provide a safe, final journey for your trophies ,back to you. For smaller orders, we confidently use FedEx. Shipping charges and crating will be applied to the balance of the invoice. Shipment will be scheduled when the balance is paid in full, including shipping.
